WINTER WARM UP CROP

You are on the CardSwaps Winter Warm Up Hop/Crop.    At the end of the hop, you are also invited to continue the fun over on the forum with more games, challenges, and prizes! Challenges and games will be posted February 8-11, 2012 and you have until February 14, 2012 to get your projects posted to the appropriate thread. If you haven't participated before, don't worry! There are many members that will be around to offer support and encouragement. You can find out all you need to know in the forum. So... The theme of this blog hop is “Winter Warm Up”.  The type of project and themes were left open so each hostesses of the blog hop could create whatever they wanted.  However, the completed project had to make you think of the warmer days ahead.

You should have arrived here from the talented Angelina http://angel-artdesign.blogspot.com/.  Angelina has so many wonderful ideas that she has shared and I have enjoyed every one of them.  If you didn’t arrive here from Angelina’s blog, you should really start from the beginning because you don’t want to miss anything.

This winter has not been much of a winter here in Missouri.  We have had several warm days in the mid-60.  But when I think of warmer days the first thing that comes to mind is flowers.  Let me tell you….thanks to the mid 60 degree days, some daffodils and already popping up out of the ground.

The card I made is in honor of the beautiful flowers of spring and summer.  I enjoyed making this card because I like that flowers that I stamped.  Butterflies are my favorite and they always seem to put a smile on my face.  It’s a simply card but sometimes the simplest things are the things that can brighten up anyone’s day.



So... the game for hoppers... You will be unscrambling a word once you will collect a letter at each blog you visit. The hostesses can play along, because they don't know any of the letters but their own... I'm tricky that way. Once you collect ALL the letters, the last hostess in the blog hop will direct you to the thread in the forum where you can find all the details you need to enter the drawing. All hoppers collecting all the letters, unscrambling the word or phrase, entering the game by following the directions in the forum, and leaving feedback on EVERY blog they visit WILL be entered in to a random drawing held on February 15, 2012. ONE lucky hopper will have their name drawn and will win a prize.  Make sure you visit every blog and find the letters. Your only hints are... it's a phrase and it's a way papercrafters warm up.
